Everything will be wrapped, padded with bubble wrap, and mailed in a priority mailer.  Any orders under $50.00 will be charged a flat rate of $4.55. 

If your order is $50.01  and up, your shipping is free. 

You may choose to have your jewelry item to arrive in a plain gift box in addition to the padding for $1.00 extra each item.  This is not a display box. 

Insurance and tracking are always a part of the shipping charge.  This is for the protection of all parties involved in the transaction.  You will receive the tracking number when you receive your shipping confirmation email from me. 

Returns:  04/05/07

I do not expect anything to be returned to me because I strive for perfection and durability, but, sometimes bad things just happen and you might have to return a broken item.  Send it back and I will repair the item or return your purchase price including your original shipping cost for that item.

Returns are NOT accepted for the following reasons.  I provide at least basic info such as size, color, and material in each description.  If you need more information, please contact me.  I will me happy to answer any and all legitimate questions.  

1.  You do not like the color.  This can be seen in my images.  I take great care to get all pieces photographed with the colors as exact as possible, these images are a very good likeness.  Some colors may appear different on some browsers.  If color is of major importance, please ask to have an image of the item sent to you through email.

2.  The item was damaged in shipment---this is why insurance is ALWAYS purchased for anything I ship.  You will receive the tracking and insurance information when you receive my shipping confirmation email.

2.  And this one seems so simple but you wouldn't believe the number of people who receive a package then call or email to say they did NOT receive it.  Please people!  I ALWAYS purchase tracking and insurance for Everything I ship.  I know when you receive the package, or if it did not arrive.  So do not try to get your money back after receiving the item by saying you never received it.  It just won't work.

If an item is truly lost, it is your responsibility to take the matter up with your post office.  That is why it was insured.  You will receive the tracking number when you receive your shipping confirmation email from me so you should save your email until you receive the item in good condition.

Ok, now for the reasons I will accept returns:

1.  The item is more than 1/2" longer or shorter than I stated in the description.

2.  The item has a defect in workmanship that causes it not to be wearable upon arrival.  You will need to contact me immediately to get a refund.

3.  The item is totally different from the picture and description.  Heee Heee.  I just had to add this one.  Emberassingly it happens that I have sent the wrong item.  It only happened once but....Ya never know lol.  In this case I will refund your shipping charges, pay for return shipping, and send you the item you really DID want.

In a nutshell~~~~I will accept returns for items that have defects affecting fit, form, or function.

Each return request will be handled on an individual basis since all problems are not the same.  There is no guarantee that I will approve a return.  However I will be fair about it.  I believe my workmanship (womanship) is of the highest quality.  If something slips by me, and it could, I will gladly accept a return or replacement request. 

You must contact me by phone or email no later than 72 hours after receiving your shipment.  No exceptions.  If there is an obvious defect, it will be noticed right away and you should email me about it right away.

I am not responsible for injury due to misuse of any item you purchase from me.  This includes the shipping material such as the carton or envelope and/or any packing material that was shipped with the item you purchase from me.  Please dispose of or re-use shipping material in a responsible manner. 

My images are of my unique work and are my property by right of copyright.  Any text written by me is my property by right of copyright.

You may use my images for your own use as examples for inspiration if they are stored on your personal hard drive.  You may use them on your web page as long as there is a link back to the page where I have the original image.  I will take legal action if I find any of my images on your page without the link back to my site.  If you do decide to use one of my images, Please store that image on your own hard drive or your own web host.   Don't steal my bandwidth. 

You may not use them to represent your own work or you may not sell them.

I don't understand why someone would want to copy my meager attempt at describing my beautiful jewelry, but you may NOT copy and use my descriptions for any reason whatsoever.
